Extraordinary Girl~Green Day

I have just written a story that I have published in my Cloud Thought Blog. It is called 'Extraordinary' and is about a girl who has communication difficulties. She loves the band Green Day and uses their lyrics to help her communicate her feelings to her friend James.

Jimmy Eat World~The Middle

I have been playing Jimmy Eat on my car CD. I was stuck in traffic approaching The Dartford Tunnel and sang my little heart out. This got me thinking back to when I took my kids to Milton Keynes to see Greenday and ended up seeing this fabulous band too.

Coldplay~Yellow...Oh and Sigrid too!

I was driving home today and I heard Sigrid singing the Coldplay song Yellow.
I love that song. The lyrics are beautiful. I hope I hear Sigrid sing it again...she interpreted it beautifully.

Muse are one of those bands that I love singing along to in the car. I am glad I have no passengers..:)
I am dividing my commute between listening to radio One and getting out my old CD's and playing one a day. It was pure pleasure listening to these guys again today.

This picture of me with Ollie always makes me feel good too. It's the little things in life that add up to make life rich and full and happy.
